6 Days Tanzania Wildlife Safari Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by your safari guide and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha. The rest of the day is at leisure, allowing you to relax after your flight. Overnight stay at a lodge in Arusha.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. You will have a game drive through the park, enjoying its rich wildlife, including lions, giraffes, and zebras. Overnight stay at a lodge near the park.

Day 3: Tarangire to Ngorongoro Crater
Morning game drive in Tarangire before heading to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. In the afternoon, visit the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The crater floor is teeming with wildlife, including rhinos, lions, and flamingos. Overnight stay at a lodge on the crater rim.

Day 4: Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, enjoying scenic views along the way. Upon arrival, begin a game drive across the vast plains of Serengeti, home to the Great Migration and diverse wildlife. Overnight stay at a tented camp inside the park.

Day 5: Full Day Serengeti Game Drive
Spend the entire day exploring Serengeti's endless plains. You will have the opportunity to witness the incredible wildlife, including predators like lions and cheetahs, as well as herds of wildebeest and gazelles. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Serengeti to Arusha & Departure
After a morning game drive in Serengeti, return to Arusha for your flight. Depending on your flight time, you may have the chance to shop for souvenirs or explore the local area before being transferred to the airport for your departure.
